Club History or Details : The Sarsuna Satellite Township was developed in 1980s by West Bengal Housing Board and more than 550 nos. of plots of land measuring from 1 – 3 kottah was allotted. The allottes formed an Association for the development of the area and also for their own cultural activities. Accordingly, we started Durga Puja in the year 1990. As the residents of this township hailed from different areas of West Bengal and even from outside the State of West Bengal, their main objective is to maintain fraternity as well as to maintain cultural, religious and communal harmony among themselves. At the same time, the rituals of eternal Durga Puja festival is always maintained while observing such festival by this Puja Committee.
